Joseph "Da Rulk" Sakoda is a movement coach who has worked with a spectrum of athetes and tactical athletes. From UFC champions to fire departments, SWAT teams and special forces, he trains them based on their movement patterns. We talk training, tragedy, stress, patterns and much more.

Originally from Hawaii, Da Rulk, aka Joseph Sakoda is a fitness expert and creator of Raw Functional Training, “RFT”. Raw Functional Training offers a unique training technique that motivates people to push their boundaries. He specializes in strength and conditioning and has worked with many athletes and MMA fighters.

Da Rulk focuses on giving 120%, which he describes as “running through the tape and surpassing limitations that are placed on you by yourself and those around you. Believing the impossible is always possible.” Da Rulk has since moved to Orange County, CA where he shares his passion. Da Rulk offers training classes, equipment, and nutrition coaching to share his rule of 120 with the world.
