Professional Purpose, My Why:
The American Dream is alive and well. People still love America and want to be Americans. Because I was born here, I still feel obligated to earn it every day. I am compelled to give back to others every ounce of joy from being American. Therefore I live a life of service to others. I have over 20 years wearing the service-member's uniform and have loved nearly every minute of it. It's been very tough many times fighting through the bureaucracy and Luddites, but when I see companies, organizations, and individuals taking advantages of the many freedoms we enjoy; every hardship is worth it.
Passion for Professional Impact:
At every assignment, I dive deep into the institutional and procedural processes that bind the mission. I look at everything holistically, ignoring rice bowls, fiefdoms, and constraints. I begin with intensely and brightly envisioning an end state. I then map the end-state impact back to the cost, then back to the mission, vision, and purpose.
Because of my interesting condition called synesthesia, I can see relationships among objects in three and four dimensions. This allows me to see how this one little thing over here breaks the chain 200 steps (or years) later. It's amazing how little of this cause-effect relationship people actually attempt to map out. With this developed skill I can easily surf through the bureaucracy and ride the waves.
I coined the phrase, "Freeing our heroes from the shackles of manual processes." This is my end state. It is my Myndstate initiative.
Personal Drive
I bring the joy of being alive and being human to the people of the world. I have been in the background and influenced many things you may enjoy today. Many companies and organizations seek out my advice. I am impartial to many political movements or fads. I help all people from all backgrounds going through all of life's phases. I have owned trademarks, copyrights, and patents many times only to signify the origin and invite others to collaborate with me. I know my ideas are never original and are a result of life influences. Multiple trademarks, patents, and copyrights are allowed to flow freely in society.---such as "digital twin"
