Bill comes with over 50 years of experience operating in and leading every sector of the American workforce, from guiding CEOs and their workforce teams toward embracing healthier lifestyles for more productive careers to training elite firefighters and military combat rescue teams thru life-defining challenges that build resilience. Amidst every team, mission, and project, Bill recognized a critical need to create better fitness and health programs that empower our First Responders and Soldiers to adopt healthier lifestyles that would improve their performance, increase their resilience, extend their careers, and insure more productive satisfying lives.

In 1982, as a Firefighter Paramedic recovering from a severe injury, Bill created his own SELF (Strength, Endurance, Leanness, Flexibility) Fitness Program and a new career as a Personal Trainer. This total conditioning regimen, and the success his clients have experienced for the past 38 years have been featured in corporate reports, fitness & health magazines, and human performance journals. In 1995, Bill was recognized by Fitness Institute International as their inaugural Personal Trainer of the Year and has held instructor level certifications with the American College of Sports Medicine, American Heart Association, and the American College of Anti-Aging Sports Medicine Professionals.
