I Have been married to my beautiful wife, Krissy, for 15 years, and we have three amazing children. The last 30 years of my life have been dedicated to pursuing physical fitness and overall mental, physical, and spiritual health and wellness. I have been a student of physical performance leading me to apply many health and wellness protocols to my own life, finding the best systems. I have been a firefighter paramedic for 20 years leading me to take my love for physical performance with my heart to serve others and starting Fit To Fight Fire in 2008
Fit To Fight Fire exists to help position firefighters to perform at the highest level physically and mentally. We have impacted millions of first responders through our podcast, book Mindset, and a substantial social media presence.

My life partner, Jhana, and myself are proud parents of 4 boys. We enjoy visiting family, watching sports, and days playing at the park. I have been passionate about entrepreneurship all my life and enjoy the challenge and journey it provides. As a young man, I developed my mind and body as an athlete and try to utilize the same goal-oriented determination as a father, business owner, and firefighter. At this point in my life, I want to create change and help those around me in the process. I came across CBD while trying to find supplementation that assisted in better rest/recovery while reducing stress. During this journey, it was undeniable that CBD products were a viable option to attain these results.
What I found was an impossible task of finding a product I felt comfortable taking with the risk of a positive THC test. I spent months finding viable products and testing them for personal results. I was a skeptic, but low,and behold CBD products worked for me. That process also provided great insight into the gap in product availability and education for people in the fire, military, police, and nursing world. Soon after, my business partner John and I created Respond Wellness.
