Cameron Gardner is a 23 year veteran w the Paterson Fire Dept in Paterson, NJ. He is a Battalion Chief assigned to Battalion 2/Riverside Firehouse. He has been cited for bravery on 3 occasions for rescues involving firefighters and civilians. He was a 9/11 rescuer, arriving just after the towers collapsed.
Cameron is also a clinical nutritionist and strength coach… For as long as he’s been fighting fires he’s been using nutrition, fitness and goal setting to help people improve their health, achieve a personal goal or excel in a competition.
The majority of his clientele are everyday people looking for fat loss coupled many times with a medical issue such as autoimmune disease, diabetes, thyroid issues or IBS. His athlete-clients are from a broad range of speed and strength sports such as track, football, BJJ, strongman, powerlifting as well as bodybuilding/physique/bikini competitors.
Cameron has put his knowledge to the test in many arenas as well. He earned his IFBB Pro Card (classic bodybuilding), earned titles in Track and Field as a sprinter (60M/100M), won gold medals with the U.S. Bobsled Team, and winning the National Championship and becoming the first 105Kg Professional Strongman in the U.S.
He operates East West Nutrition in Montclair, NJ and is co-owner of East Coast-West Coast Strength, Speed and Conditioning, which are training facilities in Carlstadt, NJ and Costa Mesa, CA.
Cameron graduated with honors from New York Chiropractic College with an M.S. in Applied Clinical Nutrition and B.S. in Fire Science and Psychology from John Jay College in New York.
