John Glaude is a 26 year old man from San Diego, CA. At 20 years old he was 360 pounds, pre diabetic, and had come to terms with dying before he was 40. Then in an instant he decided to take back his life. He lost 180 pounds, started a YouTube channel to help others do the same.

Now 6 years later he has kept his weight off, has inspired millions, was featured on the Ellen show, and continues to fight nationwide obesity.
