Husband of 24 years married to Shari. Father of three awesome Young adults Tanner my oldest is newly married to an amazing young woman Sarah, Tanner is continuing in his desires to serve as a firefighter, Justin Completed College with the hopes of becoming a Swim Coach, Arianna my lovely intelligent daughter is also a phenom in the water now swimming in collage at Eastern Michigan University.

I have been a Firefighter for 18 years and have been Crossfiting for the past 8 years. I have been a games competitor for the last 6 years. I have been Truly blessed to be introduced to the Masters Crossfit Community and have made some amazing friends. I Really owe so much to the People who Believe in me Thank You
